*Peak Periods, Holidays and Weekends:
Include TWO Panama’s Independence Day long weekends (November) Christmas, New Year’s weeks (Dec 22-Jan 3), Easter Week and Carnavales (Holy Week). We require 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM during weekend stays.
Extra person fee is $30 per night and includes breakfast for that guest as well. Children under 10 (up to 1 per room) stay FREE.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check in time is after 2pm. IMPORTANT! Unless pre-paid via our travel agency, all check-ins are required BEFORE 6pm to guarantee your room. As a mere 5 room hotel, we cannot afford to hold rooms for guests for risk of no-show. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged and confirmed with staff. Unannounced late arrivals are subject to $25 dollar late check-in fee.
Check-out must be made by 12pm NOON or a late check out fee of $25 will be applied. For those who need to store bags or change clothes after check out time, we have an outdoor beach shower and change room at no cost.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made by 3pm Panama Time, 48 hours prior to check-in will not be charged. Those not in compliance will be charged one night. Clients must receive a valid cancellation # in order to avoid any penalty. This can be done by either phone or email, but phone is the preferred method. We cannot guarantee we will answer emails in time to guarantee your cancellation.
