Casita Margarita Accommodation Rates

Our rates are based on double occupancy and includes four breakfast options served daily.

Casita Magargarita also offers special discounts for extended stays and repeat customers.

Our Special Nightly Rates:

• Low Season — $89 (Aug 1- Oct 31)
• High Season — $99 (Nov 1 – Jul 31)
• Peak/Holidays* — $135

Long-Term Rates (5 nights or more):

• Low Season — $69 (Aug 1- Oct 31)
• High Season — $79 (Nov 1 – Jul 31)
• Peak/Holidays* — $119

Rent The Whole House Weekly!

• Low Season — $2,650/week
• High Season — $2,950/week
• Peak/Holidays — $4,450/week

*Standard Room Rate per night is $219.00. Discounts apply to SRR.

* Peak Periods, Holidays and Weekends:

• Include TWO Panama’s Independence Day long weekends (in November), Thanksgiving,  New Year’s weeks (Dec 26-Jan 3), Easter Week and Carnavales (Holy Week). We require a 3 night minimum stay during peak periods. See a complete list of Panama public holidays here, or scroll down to see exact dates where the Peak Rate is in effect.
• We require 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM during weekend stays.
• Extra person fee is $30 per night and includes breakfast for that guest as well. Children under 10 (up to 1 per room) stay FREE.

Check-In & Check-Out:

• Check in time is after 2pm. IMPORTANT! Unless pre-paid via our travel agency, all check-ins are required BEFORE 6pm to guarantee your room. As a mere 5 room hotel, we cannot afford to hold rooms for guests for risk of no-show. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged and confirmed with staff. Unannounced late arrivals are subject to $25 dollar late check-in fee.
• Check-out must be made by 12pm NOON or a late check out fee of $25 will be applied. For those who need to store bags or change clothes after check out time, we have an outdoor beach shower and change room at no cost.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made by 3pm Panama Time, 48 hours prior to check-in will not be charged. Those not in compliance will be charged one night. Clients must receive a valid cancellation # in order to avoid any penalty. This can be done by either phone or email, but phone is the preferred method. We cannot guarantee we will answer emails in time to guarantee your cancellation.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• NO SMOKING inside the hotel
• The Hotel has a NO PETS policy
